About The S.A.I.N.T. Organization
SAINT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit pet welfare organization serving Bullhead City and surrounding areas. Our mission is to improve the lives of animals through programs such as the Raymond Hilton Low Cost Spay and Neuter Program, Ron Jenner Pet Emergency Medical Fund and the Rozzi Saving Lives Pet Adoption Program, which helps rehabilitate and re-home unwanted pets through loving volunteers and foster homes. Our goal is to serve as a resource to help keep unwanted pets out of shelters and to help limit local overpopulation through community programs and education.

Terry Constantino: President
Terry began supporting SAINT in 2015 after moving to Bullhead City. She retired this year (2022) from federal service as a field background investigator and supervisor of nearly 20 years. Prior to that she worked nearly 20+ years with under-served populations through non-profit agencies in the Los Angeles area. Terry is now putting her extensive experience of managing, fund-raising, networking, leadership, and; organizational skills to help with my love of dogs and all animals. "Some have called me a “dog whisperer”. Whether that’s true or not I want to see every dog in a happy, healthy home!" Terry wants to see her community rise up to that challenge and lead the way for other like-minded communities!

Donna Doyel: Vice President and Saving Lives Adoptions Director
Donna has worked as an executive in the financial markets since 1980. She began volunteering at SAINT in 2015 by attending adoption events. In December of 2016, she volunteered to operate the Saving Lives Adoption Program when the founder of SAINT retired from the organization. "I have met amazing people who foster for us and are a big part of the journey. Then meeting the people who fall in love and adopt is always heartwarming and justifies what we do as a team. Since then, I have seen first-hand how impactful and life changing rescue organizations are. I have met trainers who work day in and day out to transform the lives of these former forgotten and unwanted dogs. I have fostered a handful of dogs and even gone on to adopt my own from my Saving Lives Program. I have seen how a dream can turn into a reality."

Linda Corbagian: Treasurer
Linda moved to Bullhead City from California 3 years ago with her husband after retiring from her accounting career. "We love it here and have met awesome people and now joining the Saint team has given me a purpose. I love dogs and to feel like I contribute in any way to giving them a better life is awesome."

Barbara Houston: Marketing Director
Barbara has lived in Bullhead City since 2005. She owns a small business, has served on executive boards and has a wealth of experience with project development. Her love and respect of animals is the driving force behind her commitment to the SAINTS team.

Sue Demarco: Emeritus Board Member
Sue DeMarco has loved animals her entire life and she is one of the original founding members of SAINT. In 2007, she volunteered at both the BHC Animal Care & Welfare Shelter (now known as BHC Shelter) and PetSmart. She was and continues to be an animal advocate, where she began checking on animals in her own neighborhood. Sue reached out to those who left dogs outside without shade or water. Anytime she saw something wrong in the community she said something! Just through talking to people she began making a difference. Sue began educating herself by researching animal rights and laws. What she found is there was not many laws or ordinances that protected animals. With the help of Brenda Fury and others, they formed SAINT to address concerns at the shelter, who at that time euthanized healthy animals to just make room. Until pets are properly spayed and neutered, unwanted pets will continue to overwhelm shelters in our community. SAINT has assisted in moving animals out of the shelter and into foster or permanent homes. After 13 years of dedication and hard work, Sue is semi-retired from full-time active volunteering duties. As an Emeritus Board Member, Sue is able to continue community outreach by talking to people in the community and at city council. She helps drive donations and educating the public about spay and neuter opportunities through SAINT. Sue DeMarco is and always will be an active animal advocate!
