About The S.A.I.N.T. Organization

SAINT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit pet welfare organization serving Bullhead City and surrounding areas. Our mission is to improve the lives of animals through programs such as the Raymond Hilton Low Cost Spay and Neuter Program, Ron Jenner Pet Emergency Medical Fund and the Rozzi Saving Lives Pet Adoption Program, which helps rehabilitate and re-home unwanted pets through loving volunteers and foster homes. Our goal is to serve as a resource to help keep unwanted pets out of shelters and to help limit local overpopulation through community programs and education.

Gail Moscato
President

Gail Moscato is the President of SAINT. She is one of the original founders of the organization that was begun in July of 2008. After seeing the picture of a beautiful, young pit bull on the cover of a local newspaper and later learning that the dog had been euthanized moments later, Gail decided to join the other founders of SAINT and put her deep love of animals to work helping homeless pets. “We knew we had to make changes on behalf of the animals in our community. To be their voice where there was none.” Her future goals for SAINT include expanding the Spay/Neuter Voucher Program and opening a local Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic. She loves to read and spend quiet mornings with her three dogs Red, Emma, and Marvin.

Donna Doyel
Vice President/Saving Lives Adoption Director

Donna has worked as an executive in the financial markets since 1980. She began volunteering at SAINT in 2015 by attending adoption events. In December of 2016, she volunteered to operate the Saving Lives Adoption Program when the founder of SAINT retired from the organization. "I have met amazing people who foster for us and are a big part of the journey.  Then meeting the people who fall in love and adopt is always heartwarming and justifies what we do as a team.  Since then, I have seen first-hand how impactful and life changing rescue organizations are.  I have met trainers who work day in and day out to transform the lives of these former forgotten and unwanted dogs. I have fostered a handful of dogs and even gone on to adopt my own from my Saving Lives Program. I have seen how a dream can turn into a reality."

"My goal is to help as many pet owners as possible afford this much needed surgery." Bullhead City has been her home for 4 years. She is a  retired Sheet Metal Mechanic who worked for the Department of Defense. Sewing is her hobby. She is pictured with her Desert Dog, Maddie, the sweetest and most loving dog ever.
